"After 5.5 years in remission, my Uveitis reared its ugly head once again. I woke up Saturday with a bloodshot eye & pain...pretty typical Uveitis symptoms for me. I called my doctor on call and he saw me same day. Left eye Uveitis (2+ flare) and increased eye pressure in that eye. I’m really bummed... (I think this Uveitis flare, and some PsA breakthrough flares are as a result of COVID19 stress. Otezla didn’t work as well as Humira, but it hasn’t put me into the hospital with Pneumonia multiple times in one year either... Starting on drops, not sure what is next since they don’t seem to be helping much..."
