Third Dose COVID Vaccine
Hi everyone, i am scheduled to take the booster shot of the COVID vaccine this Friday. I was wondering if anyone else on here has taken it and if so, what was your body's reaction? I would be lying if I said I wasn't scared after my reaction to the second dose. Thank you!

! I hope you get some input from the community here before you get your booster. We don't have any other forums or threads specifically about booster reactions yet, but I have been paying attention to comments in our Facebook community. Few have gotten the booster at this point. Of those who have, some have mentioned more arm soreness than after the previous shots, but that is the worst I have heard so far. It might still be too early to know whether the boosters result in flares. I hope yours goes well and that you have no side effects. If you wouldn't mind posting an update afterward, that might be helpful to others Thinking of you! - Lori (Team Member) 
I received it a few weeks ago and other than mild achy feeling, tiredness and sore arm it was all good and symptoms only lasted about 24 hrs.. no flares of PSA or Psoriasis…. To me it made me feel just a little safer 😏 I will continue to mask so forth but with my issues Covid is one thing I am trying to keep at bay That's good news,

, they just started rolling out the booster shots here in the UK this week, although I don't think it'll be my turn for a while yet. I hope all goes okay tomorrow!! 💖 -Catherine, Community Moderator My reaction was feeling pretty shaky and bad for 24 hours, my arm was really sore and all my joints stiffened up but we're not overly painful.

I'm glad to hear that your joints weren't overly painful - I know you had a pretty rough time after the second shot.
