New and Reticent

I'm new to this group. Reticent and reluctant...I do not want to have PsA, SpA, and osteoarthritis in my fingers and lumbar spine. I have not had meaningful experiences - or even useful ones - in previous forums. So, again, I am reticent and reluctant. Yet, I do know that:
DOING NOTHING CHANGES NOTHING. So, I'm testing the waters...maybe, reticent and potentially hopeful. I do need to be a part of something where others understand my experience of life.
