Which foods can increase inflammation?

I've heard that nightshade vegetables (for example, white (but not sweet) potatoes, eggplant, tomatoes, and peppers) can increase inflammation in the body. Are there any other foods that can do this?

  1. Red meat, dairy, and processed oils I believe all cause inflammation as well (measured as vascular inflammation). Lots of fruits and veggies are good anti-inflammatory foods, especially berries 😀

    1. Meat and dairy!

      1. Gluten can also be another inflammatory causing factor. Everyone has their own unique biome though. Have you been to an allergy specialist at all? That helped me out a bunch for which foods were attributing to the inflammation. Best of luck!
