    1. I'm sad mad confused all of the above I was diagnosed with 3 debilitating diseases I have never heard of psoriasis until I got it a couple months ago it's terrible I am worried about my customers seeing the outbreak I have the scalp psoriasis thank u all for accepting me to the Community

      1. Oh Teresa, we hear you and I'm sure lots of people here can relate. I definitely felt a whole mix of emotions when I was first diagnosed with psoriatic arthritis. Feeling this way is completely valid and understandable. Dealing with just one condition can be very overwhelming. I'm so sorry to read that you were diagnosed with three. I have had psoriasis since I was very young, so I don't remember a time without it. It must be so hard to have it pop up all of a sudden.

If it would be helpful, our sister community for psoriasis has some great information on scalp psoriasis: https://plaquepsoriasis.com/symptoms-affect-body/scalp-head-hair We're all different, but personally, my scalp has been helped the most by calcipotriol scalp solution. Since using that for a period of time, I don't really need to use a specific treatment anymore - I mainly manage just by avoiding sulfates in shampoo and occasionally using a coal tar shampoo. I really hope that you and your doctor can find an effective treatment that helps with all of your symptoms. Please keep us updated on how you're doing, and do reach out here or over at https://plaquepsoriasis.com/community anytime you need us. We're all here for you! 💖 -Catherine, Community Moderator
