Hi , welcome to the community! We appreciate you sharing here. I'm so sorry that PsA has affected your ability to work. It has affected mine too. It can be very difficult and I'm sure even more so when you are a self-employed builder! That's a very physically demanding job. Many people are able to get back to work once their psoriatic arthritis is properly managed. Hopefully this new injection will bring you the relief you deserve and allow you to start working again.
