Experience with Taltz and digestive problems
Has anybody experienced severe digestive problems with taltz? Please let me know about your overall experience on taltz. I’ve have had very persistent skin lesions and body aches for over ten years. Three months ago, I started taking taltz and after almost two months, I finally spent a painless night for the first time in ten years. My skin lesions have taken longer, I am barely begging to feel them getting better almost three months after.
I had had IBS in the past but with a lot of discipline I was able to find gut balance. But ever since I started taking taltz it came back. Immediately after taking the shot my stomach gets upset and it feels like IBS all over again, except a bit worse. Has anyone else experienced that?
How has Taltz worked for you?
I never had issues like that with Taltz, but I wasn't on it long. However, I do recall reading that IBD was one of the more serious possible side effects with it. Let your doctor know ASAP, and see if they can change you over to a different IL-17 inhibitor, like Cosentyx, or even an IL-23 inhibitors like Stelara or Skyrizi.
