Covid vaccination
I am booked in for a vaccination and I am wondering whether others with PsA have had a reaction. The information that I have researched online tells me it could cause a flare. I am currently on Prednisolone and Xeljanz. I also am taking Vitamin C, D and Zinc.

. Many members have no issues with the vaccines, but some have reported flares ranging in length from a few hours to several days. It is important to prepare just in case, but it is equally important to consider how much the stress of full-blown Covid might impact you if you react to the vaccine. Have you talked with your rheumatologist about the timing of it with your medications? I hope all goes well and that you have little or no reaction to the vaccine. Best wishes! - Lori (Team Member) think im having alot of new issues for 6 monthes now.. had covid 2 times and had all the up to date covid shots. bad hip knee and more severe lower back. cracking nails really tired no energy. been on enbrel 17 yrs.
Gosh I am sorry to hear that you are experiencing so much pain. Have you managed to see your doctor in the last 6 months? I would be curious to know if they have any suggestions regarding what you are experiencing. - Clair ( Team Member
