3 auto immune diseases and counting

Psoriatic arthritis, plaque psoriasis, Mitchel disease. Mitchel disease is so rare only 18 people in the world have it! I'm one of them. There's been no research. All three autoimmune diseases play Russian roulette attacking one at a time or all of them rickoshaying in my ears, right eye a hot ball of pain triamengel neuropathy. I finally get to see a rheumatologist in MT. Next week My dr. didn't believe me because in my medical records from 8 plus years ago the bozo rheumatologist i seen 3xs that my fibromyalgia was in my head. He should know he wrote book on it.Though the fibro was diagnosed as severe with mild to moderate psoriatic in Nov of 2017. I've been through hell and back. Bone tap cause the dr.thought the swelling was a bone infection 20 years later looking at more diagnostic tests , more shooting in the darkSwelling both hands

  1. Oh , my heart goes out to you! I can hear what a difficult and frustrating time this has been managing three autoimmune conditions as well as doctors who sound unhelpful and unsupportive. Is your current doctor doing some investigating? Or helping you find some treatment?

Are you treating your PsA currently? I wanted to link an article here with some information about treatment options, https://psoriatic-arthritis.com/treatment. Of course, I don't know if your other conditions might impact what is available for you to try for treatment. As you point out, Mitchell Syndrome is rare, I had never heard of it and had to do some googling to learn more about it. I imagine you are already well aware of this site, but I wanted to share it here (just in case someone is interested in learning more about it), https://www.mitchellandfriends.org/.
