Life with psoriasis and arthritis

Hi, my name is Lorna. I've had psoriasis all my life. I'm now 60, I've had bad times when the pain has got too much for me, and I've looked at a tree while driving to work thinking if I just turn slightly to the left the pain will be gone forever.

Then I started on biologic injections. It took a few different ones before we found one that worked for me. Game changer. Until now, after about the last 10 years of not being totally pain-free, but manageable, things are starting to change again. The pins and needles in my hands and feet are taking over my life.

I work in catering so on my feet all day, carrying things is getting harder by the day. I can't sleep at night as the tingling numbness is at its worst. I can't stand the covers touching my legs. The dermatologist doesn't want to change my medication because my skin is clear, but the rheumatology department says that they can't help.
