Tired 24/7

I was diagnosed with psoriasis in 4th grade. Nothing of it I thought except severe scalp dandruff. As I got older, it got worse. Then in junior high I started with knee, back pain then, as I got older, severe tiredness and joint pain. I'm in my 50's and ohh my goodness I thought I was losing it because all I wanted to do is lay down. Low energy. Magnesium vitamins everything I did didn’t help. I’m even doing a bit of caffeine just to keep up.
