Still struggling

I was diagnosed with psoriatic arthritis and osteoarthritis in 2018 after competing in a 15K race and suffering debilitating neck pain for about 6 months.

Still experiencing psoriatic arthritis pain

I have tried 5 different biologic drugs. Most recently, I have gone back to one I used previously, still without any real relief. I deal with spinal pain, in addition to pain in virtually every other joint in my body, including my jaw. Fatigue is debilitating at times. Brain fog and pain are regular players in my life, so I am constantly learning different ways to cope better.

Doing my best each day

I do my best to keep a positive attitude, move my body even just a little each day, drink plenty of water, and nourish my body with healthy foods to stay as mobile and healthy as I can. However, I don't feel my disease has been well controlled yet, and it can get pretty depressing at times. I appreciate the support of my wife and family, friends, and this community, without which, I don't know where I would be.
