Some Days Are Hard

I was diagnosed after many years of not knowing why I had so many hard days. There are really hard days. Getting up and going to work was hard. Working was hard. Coming home after a long day at work and trying to do anything after work was hard. Sleeping was hard.

I'm trying to understand my situation and try to stay positive. My new treatments are helping, but I'm still experiencing hard days. I try to overcome those days the best I can. Try eating a more anti-inflammatory diet. Moving more and thinking positive. Just trusting my journey and continuously learning to deal and overcome those hard days. It makes the good days even more special. I wish you all more good days!
