Secondary virus/fungal infection on top of foot

With the maddening itching of palmoplantar psoriasis where under the 'cooked' feeling skin small red dots appear, I developed what my dermatologist recognized as a fungal overgrowth. He did a scraping to verify his suspicion and placed me on Econozole once daily to the area on my left foot. Amazingly helpful.

Now, I had been using a different (newer) antifungal off and on with no results and even possibly developed an allergy to it. My skin itches 24/7 to some degree on my forearms, gets lumpy or rough feeling depending on how warm or cool I am, and especially on the texture of my sleeves. I'm cold most of the time, so long sleeves and layers are my usual choice for dressing. Using a light, neutral hand/skin lotion on my arms helps quite a bit. Wearing only 100% cotton or silk is important, but little of my wardrobe is silk :-) Too much sun aggravates my skin and I wear a long-sleeved white cotton shirt when driving in warm weather. It's very helpful.
