Update on Otezla

I started Otezla on June 20th, (starter pack) and have noticed that I have marginal improvement in my hands. The swelling has gone down slightly, and the tenderness has receded a bit.

Share your experience with Otezla

I understand that Otezla has said to give it 16 weeks (four months) to see real changes but I wanted to know, (from people who are taking Otezla) if you plateau after about six weeks of use? I seem to have stalled. There has been no change in my symptoms for the last two weeks. Can someone tell me if that is what happens with this drug? Do you take it, get some relief, then plateau, then get more relief at four months? I understand that everyone is different, but I would assume that there is enough of us to get some consensus on this.
