Overwhelmed by New Diagnosis

I had my first knee replacement 1 week ago, then yesterday I went to see my rheumatologist and he confirmed PsA using bone samples from surgery. Now I am so overwhelmed with pain and unbelievable information about PsA. I just don’t know where to start.

4 years ago I was diagnosed with diabetes. 2 years ago I was diagnosed with psoriasis, and yesterday diagnosed with PsA. The beginning of my autoimmune circus? Where on earth do I turn to learn, but not drive myself crazy?
