It Began With Psoriasis

My psoriasis started when I was 5 and has had a long-term effect on my confidence. At age 40 my joints started to ache and at age 46 I was diagnosed with bilateral Achilles tendinopathy tennis elbow and general age relayed hip degeneration and feet issues. Thankfully I had an amazing podiatrist who referred me to rheumatology and I was diagnosed with psoriatic arthritis! I am a single mum who has worked 2 jobs for 18 years done DIY and generally been mum and dad now i struggle to walk from bus station to work and in constant pain My family are not supportive at all and as I am single I feel very alone in this battle So glad I found this group If anyone in my area of Lanarkshire Scotland and be interested in forming a support group I would be interested!!!
