Food intolerance with PsA

I was diagnosed in February 2018 with high intolerance and some others in the middle intolerance range for wheat, gluten, casein protein, and yeast. My doctor said because I have suffered from Psoriatic Arthritis for so long I am more likely to get Fibromyalgia, too.

Frustrations with seeking disability

I am now ready to throw the towel in it's driving me mad. I have my own medical folder and have kept everything. Tried for disability but here in Germany, you must still work. I have a 40% disability but you get nothing for it. There is no disability benefit here. You have to reach 50% and even then they will not give you any disability benefits. You have to fight in the courts for early retirement and if you achieve that you only get what you have paid into the pension scheme. It's not a benefit. It's a very ill-equipped system. I must still work full-time. Everyone harps on about how good Germany is but if you suffer from certain health conditions you're hung out to dry.
