a host of autoimmune problems

I have Hashimoto’s after having a complete hysterectomy at age 32. Then I was diagnosed with Eagles syndrome, then cervical dystonia so bad I get botox in my neck and have a deep brain stimulator.

Getting diagnosed with psoraitic arthritis

Then in 2017, my SC joint swelled and disfigured my right collar bone, so I went to 2 rheumatologists and told them both I thought I had psoriatic arthritis because of the swollen sc joint and psoriasis on my elbows. Both did blood tests, C-Reactive was off the charts, and they both said it was nothing to worry about. Went to a 3rd doctor who said I did have it. I went to him, or rather I saw his PA, for 3 years. The methotrexate, sulfasalazine, and all the other meds they gave me either did nothing, gave me even more uncomfortable side effects with no relief, or made me sick. So I have stopped going to the doctor. Since then, I have found out I have severe osteoporosis. So this is where I am now.

I find myself growing ever more short-tempered. I have never wanted to be that person yet here I am. I still try to do normal stuff, but I sure pay for it.
