Simply tell your optician that you have PsA, and they should know what to look for, and how to advise you. If they don't, get a new optician. A very common issue with PsA is dry eyes. My optician prescribes Refresh Plus moisturizing eye drops, but they're available OTC. They're single use preservative free vials.
