"Bad insomnia due to leg and knee pain. Nights are just horrible sometime and I take meds for sleep. And I just get so upset I can’t sleep I eat. In the middle of the night if all things, it’s frustrating."
Ugh not being able to sleep is the worst, @dalmav41. So incredibly frustrating. Have you been able to chat with your doctor about this pain? It sounds like it's quite disruptive. I hope you managed to get back to sleep last night. Hugs! - Catherine, Community Moderator
