"Question: Has anyone else linked flares to injuries? I recently turned an ankle and fell pretty hard onto concrete definitely straining or spraining at least multiple joints (ankle and wrists) but since this happened I seem to be going into a full-fledged flare. Extreme fatigue, pain in areas not associated with the fall, skin involvement, and other things that I associate with going into a flare. Just wondering if the fall was a trigger or if I just got unlucky and the two happened at the same time."
