Does sugar substitutes increase your inflammation??? Or cause flares? I use agave to sweeten like oatmeal or smoothies etc and just started using a generic sweetener for coffee not sure if I should be using these or not. I haven’t even learned what causes my flares yet. So just curious if there are any natural sweeteners that taste good that will not do damage? I was thinking stevia, although I’m not a huge fan. It’s ok in some things but not the greatest. Any input? TIA 😀
