New World of Psoriatic Arthritis and Pain

I’m 43 and about a month ago was diagnosed with psoriatic arthritis. Nearly all my joints are in constant pain all the time. I went from being a semi-active individual, small business owner, and father of 4, to someone who can barely get off a chair without grimacing. I recently started methotrexate and after the first dose a week ago have seen some improvements. I understand this is a process to start feeling better and will need to balance out exercise, medication, and therapy in order to maintain “normal” life again.
