Brain Fog with Psoriatic Arthritis

I’ve been getting out of bed with “that” brain fog that many PsA sufferers claim to have stripped them from their daily lives. It seems to get worse as the day goes by and even becomes debilitating by sending me to bed hoping that it will release its grip.

As a way of keeping a watch on it, I jot down my meals, and snacks that may trigger this awful state of mind. It takes hours and sometimes the whole day goes by before the pain and suffering let up.

Is this just another “normal” flare for PsA sufferers?
