"Not good, went on vacation last week. Felt really good, so good I didn't pay much , Well , no attention to how I was eating. I am paying for it now. Much more humid back home too. My knees and back are really hurting, having to force myself through work today. My pedometer says 8900 steps all ready and I feel everyone of them. No self pity though."
